Ashley Crays joined the Coldwell Banker Brown team in June 2024, bringing with her 18 years of experience living in the Edwardsville area. With a strong passion for real estate, she is dedicated to ensuring that the home buying and selling process is not just efficient but genuinely positive for her clients. Over the last two decades, Ashley and her husband have successfully purchased and managed both residential and commercial properties, solidifying their deep connection to the Edwardsville community.

Ashley is a proud alumna of Illinois College and spent 12 years as an elementary teacher before transitioning to entrepreneurship. She launched a tutoring franchise and started a small greenhouse business at her rural Edwardsville home. In addition to her real estate career, Ashley plays a role in managing operations at her husband’s excavating business, KAMEX. Known for her unwavering commitment to helping others, she actively participates in community initiatives and supports her children's sports endeavors and various charitable organizations. Her strong work ethic and core values stem from her upbringing on a family farm.

Together with her husband, Mark, Ashley is the proud parent of two teenage children, Brooklyn and Bradley. In her free time, she is actively engaged in attending sporting events and enjoying the outdoors while cheering on her kids. She also pursues her interests in exercising, traveling, gardening, and outdoor work.

Driven by a desire to make a difference, Ashley has committed to being a St. Jude agent, donating a portion of each sale to the vital mission of finding cures and saving children. Coldwell Banker stands firmly behind this initiative, proudly partnering with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
